  • Our programs serve the diverse needs of children and families. This includes childcare and parent support for education and workforce advancement. Outreach is a critical part of our effort to identify family needs, gaps in services, and opportunities to have the greatest impact on our community.

  • Our family engagement initiatives support a collaborative network of parents, community members, and supporters. Our vision is to multiply the impact of our programs by engaging all families as valuable members of our learning community.

  • Our two-generation programming requires collaboration with partners to meet the diverse needs of families. We are always eager to connect with other organizations with the aim of improving services for parents and children.

  • Our programs are designed to support parents’ success in achieving employment and career progression. We are in search of employers whose goal is to promote a family-friendly workplace by supporting care for employees’ children.

  • Connecting with families is essential to delivering successful programs. We are in search of ambassadors to support our connection with community groups and parent networks. Help spread the word about how ECL can support families!

  • The needs of parents and children are constantly in flux. Often, programmatic decisions are based on assumptions rather than parent input. We are gathering insight from parents and community members so our programs can be responsive to the genuine needs of families.

  • Outside of traditional employment, we value members who wish to learn and grow with us. In particular, we are in search of individuals and groups for whom the experience of two-generation program supports their studies or career pathway.

  • Donations play a critical role in extending the availability of family services. Our goal is to reach families that otherwise would not have a reliable support network, or the means to access childcare. Donations help us to bridge these gaps for families and impact children during their most formative years of growth.

  • We are in search of businesses and organizational partners to support our two-generation initiatives. Additionally, we are seeking sponsors whose contributions provide access to programming for specific children and families for whom cost is a primary burden.
