Ryan Salazar is an educational leader with a background in K-12 education, early childhood education, and school administration. His professional experience has been dedicated to serving the needs of children and families beyond the confines of the traditional classroom setting.

Ryan began his career as an elementary school music teacher in London. After returning to the US, he pursued path in educational leadership, and has served in leadership roles including Assistant Principal (K-12) and Childcare Director. As a leader, Ryan has worked to bridge the gap between schools, families, and communities by implementing high-quality afterschool and early childhood programs.

Ryan’s vision for joining ECL is rooted in the need to unify education, child care, and community resources. Rather than operating in silos, he aims to foster collaboration among educators, parents, and policymakers to create sustainable solutions that enhance both child development and family well-being. Through this initiative, Ryan seeks to collaborate with those committed to redefining the social and economic value of schooling and childcare.
