Temaria is a seasoned technical leader with more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, urban entitlements, and site development across the NYC Tri-State area — and more recently, Central Texas. Her expertise spans the full development lifecycle: from zoning research and site due diligence to subsurface exploration, design, and construction coordination.
She has contributed to hundreds of public and private sector projects, including affordable and supportive housing, educational and commercial developments, and critical public infrastructure — firehouses, libraries, schools, roadways, and green resiliency projects. Temaria has particular depth in adaptive reuse and urban infill, bringing new life to existing structures while preserving the character and culture of the communities they serve.
